Document Preparation
Day 2–4We draft the Articles of Association and all required incorporation documents for you. You simply review and sign — no paper-chasing across institutions.
Registration with the Commercial Register
Day 4–7We submit the application electronically to the Latvian Register of Enterprises and obtain your company registration certificate and unique registration number.
Company Bank Account
OngoingWe assist in opening a company bank account with an EU partner bank or fintech provider. Essential for authorised capital deposit and daily operations.
VAT Registration (if required)
As neededIf your activities meet the threshold or you opt in early, we register you for VAT with the State Revenue Service and guide you on compliance.
Launch & Ongoing Compliance
OngoingYour company is operational. We can manage your accounting, annual reporting and ongoing compliance so you can focus entirely on growing the business.
